Diet and health
I usually eat healthy food :vegetables, fruit, fish and rice. But sometimes I eat junk food and I go to Mcdonald three times a month. I should eat more fresh foods, and I should drink more water. I like sweets very much so I should not eat more them. And I have to do more exercise for my health!
